EQUALITY AND RESPECT: THE TWO MAIN WORDS IN OUR VOCABULARY.

Diversity and Inclusion are hot topics with an ever-greater importance in every company. In this regard, we can say that we have always been supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community.

To raise awareness about respecting all forms of sexual and gender orientation, we organised a corporate course and carried-out a comprehensive press campaign, which included designing, printing, distributing, and wearing our own T-shirts.

It is a topic that is near and dear to us: something we support and whose culture we want to promote. This is why we also created the quick guide “A journey over the rainbow” (because understanding and sharing starts with knowledge!).

We proudly support equality, standing with the LGBTQIA+ community every step of the way.
This is why we have decided to become sponsors of Milan Pride, and also to create an exhibition that tells the story of all forms of love from the perspective of Casta Diva employees.
