Ideas, opinions, and criticism are always welcome at Casta Diva, including reports of harassment or bullying. We encourage everyone to express themselves freely. To facilitate this, we have set up a “Talking Box” that allows for anonymous submissions for those who fear exposure. Every submission is guaranteed a response, and reports are followed up with concrete action as soon as possible. The Talking Box is one of the ways we promote active listening, based on acceptance and empathy, to understand others and foster a positive climate for change.
