A generation that has grown up with a smartphone in hand and social media as an integral part of their lives, they have a bad reputation in the world of work because they bring with them new demands \u2013 from <em>smart working to work-life balance<\/em> \u2013 that are often misunderstood by traditional companies. <\/p>\n<p>GenZ Pact is a creative and strategic programme that aims not only to develop young professionals within the Group but also to attract young talent, with their new approaches to communication and media consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The strategic objective of the GenZ Pact \u2013 which forms part of the broader <strong>ESG Pact<\/strong> on sustainability issues \u2013 is to make Casta Diva the <em><strong>best place to work<\/strong><\/em> for Gen Z and the <strong>best agency<\/strong> for clients wishing to communicate with this valuable target audience.<\/p>\n<p>The solution devised by CDG is to establish a generational pact of inclusion amongst Casta Diva\u2019s staff \u2013 a mutual commitment to getting to know one another, discovering each other\u2019s strengths and working together by drawing inspiration and knowledge from the diverse experiences within the Group, in the knowledge that all these experiences represent a valuable resource for the company\u2019s growth and future vision, and to form the basis for better communication with Generation Z, which is a key target audience for many of Casta Diva\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n<p>The GenZ Pact project, conceived and strongly championed by Chairman and CEO <strong>Andrea De Micheli<\/strong>, began with a <em><strong>video challenge<\/strong><\/em>: each Gen Z employee was invited to devise a programme of creative and strategic initiatives, both internal and external, to ensure that the Group becomes one of the <em>best places to work<\/em> for Generation Z within two years. Following a vote by the 40 Gen Z employees at the company, out of 18 participants in the <em>challenge<\/em>, two projects were selected and their respective Gen Z Leaders were chosen: <strong>Martina Monterisi<\/strong> for the Live Communication division and<strong> Tea Sinelli<\/strong> for the Creative Content Production division. They will be the ones to represent the dissenting voice of this generation, proposing initiatives both within and outside the Group aimed at making the entire Casta Diva more approachable, responsive and attentive to the vision of Gen Z, the generation of the future.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Martina Monterisi<\/strong> and <strong>Tea Sinelli<\/strong> commented: \u201c<em>For us, it is a novelty that our generation is simply being asked to be ourselves. We are used to the idea that those without enough experience have no voice. However, thanks to the initiative launched by Casta Diva Group, we will showcase the energy and ambition of this generation through a significant challenge: to forge an empathetic and sincere bond between generations, in a working environment that values the human aspect as well as the professional. With the help of our president, Andrea De Micheli, we have already launched the first initiatives aimed at achieving these goals, and we can\u2019t wait to give our all to create something meaningful together   <\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrea De Micheli <\/strong>added: \u201c<em>Generation Z comprises those young people who have grown up with social media and are now entering the world of work for the first time. They are the first to have grown up with two identities: a digital one and a real-world one. We are confident that integrating their skills and disruptive approach into Casta Diva will make us more competitive in a market where the younger generations will play an increasingly prominent role. We have placed our trust in these young people, giving them the chance to express themselves and bring their ideas to life, and we have seen that this is a generation brimming with energy, with much to say and contribute, beyond the prejudices that do them no justice. We want to dispel these prejudices and give them the chance to shape the future of Casta Diva alongside us    <\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Among the proposed initiatives, the first to be launched are skills-sharing sessions: opportunities throughout the week to share knowledge via a platform accessible to all employees, where those with expertise in a particular area will have the chance to pass on their knowledge to colleagues, whilst learning new skills themselves. The ZED Talk programme has also already been planned: a series of monthly inspirational talks, which will be turned into podcasts, featuring prominent figures from the worlds of communication and personal development.
