THE CASTA DIVA GROUP HAS CHOSEN 3BEE FOR THE PROTECTION OF BIODIVERSITY THROUGH TECHNOLOGY<\/h1>

In recent years, biodiversity, i.e. the variety of animal and plant species on our planet, has been declining at an alarming rate, due in particular to certain human activities, pollution and the consequences of climate change<\/strong>. According to ISPRA, a significant percentage of pollinating insects \u2013 both domestic and wild \u2013 are at risk of extinction, a situation made worse by global warming. This is why it is crucial to take concrete action to safeguard<\/strong>, regenerate <\/strong>and monitor <\/strong>the biodiversity and the world of pollinators<\/strong>.<\/p>

For this reason, we chose to solidify our commitment to environmental protection by teaming up with our scientific partner<\/strong> 3Bee<\/strong><\/a>, the leading naturetech company in the protection of biodiversity through technology. Together, we have created a measurable project<\/strong> by setting up our Biodiversity Oasis<\/strong><\/a>, currently consisting of 1 biomonitoring hive and 50 nectariferous trees.<\/p>

Thanks to the biomonitoring hive<\/strong> in our Oasis, equipped with 3Bee Hive-Tech technology, we monitor environmental parameters to analyse the surrounding biodiversity and the health of pollinators. This intelligent beehive also helps to collect statistical data on the health conditions of more than 300,000 bees. In addition, each employee was given the gift of monitoring and protecting 250,000 bees, which will help to pollinate around 250 million flowers. The employees also received a small quantity of honey directly from the Casta Diva Oasis, produced with respect for the bees and nature\u2019s cycles, which is the symbol of this important project. Thus, Casta Diva is monitoring and protecting a total of 550,000 bees, which contribute to the pollination of some 550 million flowers.<\/p>

In addition, a nectariferous forest<\/strong> was planted in the province of Grosseto, consisting of 50 trees<\/strong>, feeding more than 4,000 pollinators each year by producing 21 kg of nectar. All of the Casta Diva Group\u2019s trees are cared for by 3Bee\u2019s growers<\/strong>, experts in species protection and upkeep.<\/p>

The Casta Diva Group\u2019s Oasis project is supported by the most advanced monitoring technology<\/strong> to ensure the transparency and traceability of every action. On the Oasis webpage<\/a><\/strong>, you can consult the real-time map<\/strong> of the nectariferous trees being cared for and monitored, which shows the benefits of environmental regeneration and lets you stay up-to-date on the results we have achieved in terms of environmental impact.<\/p>
