At Casta Diva, some colleagues have been trained as Active Listeners for Gender-based Violence.

This new role was created to offer active listening and, when necessary, to guide those facing violence outside the workplace, or those who suspect they might be, to recognized support organizations.

The individuals taking on this responsibility have gained certified expertise through the “Ambassador Libellula”program by Fondazione Libellula and the “Referenti dei Punti VIOLA” training by DONNEXSTRADA.

They are ready to welcome and listen, with absolute confidentiality, to anyone in need.
