Casta Diva began its social policy
journey a while back,
aimed at supporting and valuing
the LGBTQIA+ community.
The “A journey over the rainbow” booklet
was created with the aim of spreading
awareness of rainbow community
terms and concepts in a simple, direct way.
With these pages as a starting point, we
consider diversity one of our Group’s
core values, fostering awareness within
the company and striving to
promote it externally too.
When people love one another
– this is what it’s all about – something beautiful is created,
which should be cherished and protected.
