CASTA DIVA PICTURES HAS BEGUN THE PROCESS TO OBTAIN ISO9001 CERTIFICATION
We are pleased to announce that we have officially embarked on the journey to obtain Quality Certification, which sets a national benchmark standard for Quality Management in every organization.
The primary goal is complete customer/client satisfaction, which can be achieved through the continuous improvement of all business processes at every level, excelling in efficiency, quality-to-price ratio, performance, and results. Customer satisfaction cannot disregard elements such as context analysis, stakeholder interests, and compliance with current laws and regulations.
To achieve quality objectives, we will promote, develop, and support the following activities:
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards;
- Definition and control of objectives through periodic Improvement Plans;
- Involvement of company functions with the aim of customer satisfaction by ensuring the compliance of the service offered;
- Promotion and dissemination of a collaborative culture and mindset towards customers and suppliers;
- Identification and acquisition of means and resources capable of improving competitiveness and company know-how;
- Qualification of suppliers and careful monitoring of the work of outsourcers;
- Compliance with regulations concerning International Directives and requirements due to Laws, Norms, and regulations requested by clients.
